Keith, originally from Libby, MT, has lived in Billings since 1999. He has been in the food and wine industry for over a decade. Walkers Grill impressed upon him such a love of food and wines that he was asked to learn and develop the wine lists and was quickly promoted to take over management of the bar. Being intrigued by the use of local ingredients and scratch recipes, he decided to model Walkers' bar in the same fashion by serving classic handcrafted cocktails using only the finest ingredients. He cites his influences as Dale DeGroff, Michael Broadbent, Charlie Parker and many other cocktail artists, primarily in the Northwest.
In his free time, Keith enjoys well-made food and wines, spending time with his son, jazz music, snowboarding, fly fishing and outdoor recreation of any kind.
