Marcia Honaker has co-owned and managed the Securities Building since its purchase and complete renovation in the spring of 2003. The Building includes commercial spaces that fill the first three floors of the building and include Walkers Grill and Sage Spa on the ground floor. The top two floors have 12 loft apartments.
