With over two decades in the restaurant industry, Scott's experience includes 10 years with LongHorn Steakhouse in St. Louis, MO as Managing Partner and 5 years as General Manager with Houlihan's Restaurant Group both in St. Louis and Chicago, IL.
Scott hails from the hi-line area, Cut Bank, Montana. He has been married for 17 years and has 2 children, a daughter and a son. When not in the restaurant, Scott enjoys time with his family doing activities including camping, golfing, Billings West High activities and athletics, following Montana State Bobcats and his love, the St. Louis Cardinals.
