Luca Rodoni Quartet with Erik Olson, Parker Brown & Bill Honaker

Born and raised in Bozeman, Montana, Luca Rodoni began playing the trumpet at age ten. He quickly developed a passion for playing the instrument and began focusing on learning jazz music. During his high school years, he attended the Vail Jazz Workshop, Stanford Jazz Institute, Centrum Jazz Workshop, and Lincoln Center’s Summer Jazz Academy under the direction of Wynton Marsalis. Since returning, he has been focused on composing and performing new original music, continuing his development as a trumpet player, and pursuing his passions outdoors. Rodoni frequently plays with a variety of groups and is a member of Bozeman-based Paige and the People’s Band. Luca is joined by Erik Olson on piano, Parker Brown on bass and Bill Honaker on drums.  It’s sure to be a fun night! As always, no cover.
