Michael Peterson Quartet

The Michael Peterson Quartet (MPQT) was formed in 2017 and is touring from the big state of Texas. Walkers will be hosting the MPQT for the first time on June 26th for our Jazz @ Walkers series. Sax player Peterson first met bassist Steven Heffner while playing together in the esteemed Two O’Clock Lab Band, and began touring the region almost immediately. Peterson is also joined by guitarist Will St. Peter and drummer Steven Starks. While each member plays in other groups, the MPQT has played hundreds of gigs throughout the region. Come join Walkers for some great food, music and people. 7-10 pm and, as usual, no cover.
