Parker Sasse

Born and raised in Billings, Chef Parker has spent his career exploring a wide range of cuisines and culinary traditions. His experience includes cooking at some of the region’s most celebrated luxury resorts in Montana and Wyoming, including the Relais & Châteaux properties Brush Creek Ranch and Triple Creek Ranch. Deeply connected to his hometown, Chef Parker is passionate about creating a culture of hospitality while bringing bold new flavors and refined techniques to Montana.

Logan Finley

Absarokee native Logan, the newest Sous Chef at Walkers. At just 24 years old, he’s one of the youngest sous chefs in our history, bringing impressive experience from Wildflower Kitchen along with a relentless passion for food and hospitality.  When he’s not in the kitchen helping elevate the team, you’ll find Logan cheering on the Bengals or spending time with his dog, Kane, whom he adopted from a local shelter. Hard-working, creative, and driven, Logan’s energy inspires everyone around him, and we’re proud to have him as part of the Walkers family.
